Individual Counselling
Counselling is beneficial because it can support you in developing a deeper understanding of personal values, beliefs, goals, and who you know yourself to be. When folks choose me as their counsellor, they’re often seeking something different; a new experience. Many are facing challenges or wanting something to change in their lives. Perhaps this sounds like you but you aren’t sure where to start. Maybe you’ve even tried counselling in the past but didn’t find the process helpful. I believe it’s important to acknowledge the need for something non-traditional, which is why I embrace nature as a valuable contributor to the therapeutic process.
With me, counselling unfolds on a private, rustic, 10-acre property. While indoor, office space is available, it is not necessary sessions take place within that setting, and how we proceed may be adjusted based on what feels most comfortable to you. It is my belief that the ways in which we make sense of our lives and the ways in which we access healing are unique. You will be encouraged and welcomed as an active contributor to counselling, directing your therapeutic journey in a way that feels right for your individual life.
